Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Taglea, the online price-tag and shelf-label service at taglea.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Cascade Pet Supply, doing business as Taglea ("Taglea," "we," "us"), located in Oregon, USA. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by staff you add.
• You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for business purposes.
• Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

2. Free trial and plans

• New stores start with a 14-day free trial. During the trial, product limits for the Starter plan apply.
• Paid plans are Starter (up to 300 products), Growth (up to 2,500 products) and Pro Multi-Store (unlimited products, up to 3 locations), billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on our website when you subscribe.
• We may change prices or plan features with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes take effect at your next billing period.

3. Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period until cancelled.
• Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Prices do not include taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes.
• Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the product data, images, logos and designs you upload ("Your Content"). You give us permission to store, process and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to access other customers' data or any part of the Service you are not authorized to use;
• upload malicious code, or interfere with or overload the Service;
• use the Service for anything illegal, deceptive or infringing;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Printing and pricing accuracy

Taglea helps you design and print labels, but you are responsible for checking that prices, product details and any regulatory information on your tags are correct before you display them. Print results depend on your printer, paper and settings. We are not responsible for losses from pricing errors, misprints or wasted label stock.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.

8. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment or for breaking these Terms. After your account closes, we delete Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Taglea will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
