This policy explains what information Taglea collects, how we use it and the choices you have. Taglea is operated by Cascade Pet Supply, doing business as Taglea, in Oregon, USA. Questions: [email protected].
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, store name and password. Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes.
- Store content: the products, prices, categories, images, logos and tag designs you add to the Service.
- Billing information: your plan and billing status. When online payments are available, card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type and pages requested, recorded in our server logs for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- To provide the Service: storing your catalog, designing and printing your tags.
- To manage your account and subscription, and to contact you about your account, billing, security or important changes.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information or your store data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for that purpose:
- our hosting provider, which stores the Service and its data in the United States;
- font and script delivery networks (such as Google Fonts and cdnjs), which receive your IP address when your browser loads fonts or scripts;
- our payment processor, once online billing is available;
- an email delivery provider, if we send you account emails.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Taglea, our customers or others.
Data retention
We keep your account and store content while your account is open. After you close your account, we delete your store content within 30 days. Database backups are kept for up to 14 days, after which deleted data no longer exists in them. Server logs are kept for up to about 30 days.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, separation between customer accounts and access controls on our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects your data, as required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can update your account details, export your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
